M1 - Retreating Maneuver: Increases Movement Speed bonus.
M2 - Charging Maneuver: Allies gain large bonus for first attack.

Caltrops

Rank 6

Ground Instant 36 meters - 840 Stamina

Throws caltrops at target location, dealing 34 Physical damage every 0.5 seconds to enemies in the area of effect for 27 seconds. Affected enemies are also snared for 30%.

Creates a shield bubble that bestows 20% protection vs. ranged attacks and siege weapons and lasts for 17 seconds. Allies in the area of effect gain 20% pretection vs. ranged attacks and siege weapons.

Purge

Area Instant - 12 meters 840 Magica

Removes up to 2 negative effects from nearby allies and reduces the duration of negative effects on nearby allies by 50% for 3 seconds.

M1 -Efficient Purge: reduces cost by 50%
M2 - Cleanse:
Restore Health to target if at least one debuff is removed.

This is mostly for us normal people to reference because we will most likely never become emperor. Good to know what they get though.

While Emperor:

  • Increase Siege Weapon Damage by 400%

As Former Emperor:

  • Increase Siege Weapon Damage by 8%
Emperor Self -

While Emperor:

  • Increase Health, Magicka and Stamina Regeneration by 100% while in your campaign.
